Principal

Amy Eckert boasts a multifaceted background which encompasses over 20 years worth of fundraising and political experience. Amy served as National and Deputy National Finance Director for the DCCC during the 2008 and 2006 election cycles where she oversaw overwhelming Democratic gains that lead to a House majority during President Barack Obama's first few years in office. During her tenure, she also served as the liaison to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Members of the Democratic House Leadership on behalf of the DCCC. Amy founded Eckert & Associates in 2010 which has provided consultation for over 20 members and candidates. 

Deputy Finance Director

Gabby Giotto joined Eckert & Associates in July of 2022. A Pittsburgh native, Gabby previously worked on various campaigns in her hometown including as Deputy Campaign Manager for Jerry Dickinson for Congress (PA-12) and Campaign Manager for Erika Strassburger's re-election campaign for Pittsburgh City Council District 8. Gabby began her career as a Field Organizer for Kamala Harris' Presidential campaign where she was stationed in Nashua, New Hampshire. Gabby earned her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and French as well as a Minor in Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College. Currently, Gabby is based out of Denver, CO.

Finance Associate

Sam Wolff joined Eckert & Associates in the Spring of 2022. He is a Massachusetts native and a graduate from the George Washington University. Prior to joining Eckert & Associates Sam interned at multiple different organizations including the Democratic Governors Association, the Democratic Attorneys General Association, and even got his start in fundraising at Eckert & Associates as a finance intern in 2019.  In his free time Sam is a Boston sports fan (Go Sox!) and listens to his favorite podcasts.

Finance Director

Kelly joined Eckert & Associates in January of 2017.  Kelly is a native of Western Ohio and has worked on several campaigns across the country.  She got her start in politics as a healthcare activist in New York City, and co-founded a PAC in 2010 to advance the Affordable Care Act.  She transitioned into electoral campaigns soon after, discovering that the House is her favored branch of government.  Kelly is a baseball evangelist, a voracious reader, and a careful writer.
